Today I thought I would get up sometime during the daytime instead of six at night so I got up had my mother go grocery shopping. I absolutely loathe the grocery store it's so cold and it just makes me mad so I told her that I wanted my tofu dogs (because I'm a vegetarian obviously) and mac and cheese for lunch and to get baked beans too so then we can have "pork" and beans.. haha going by into my southern roots. She comes back with all these treats and goodies and then tells me that she couldn't find the hotdogs so she got me the Morning Star Italian Sausage. I've never had Italian sausage so I thought it was that regular morning sausage that you eat with your eggs and that just made me cringe. How can you eat morning sausage on a bun? That just sounds disgusting. To my surprise they are completely different then what I thought. I'm so glad my mother's slowness and not opening her eyes and looking for the tofu dogs found us this. It was amazing I want everyone that is veggie to know about them they are so good! I don't know what the real Italian sausage taste like but to me this tasted real. I can't believe how one little thing can make me so happy.. maybe because it was something unexpected and spontaneous but either way it was greeat. I would definitely encourage anyone to try them especially with peppers and other fun stuff like that.
